Marketing and sales are the lifeblood of any service company; however, technical competency alone is insufficient for sustaining a successful infrared program. Whether setting up an in-house program or embarking on a new business venture, it is important to effectively promote and sell your services to others. This course will focus on utilizing the principles of marketing and subsequent effective promotion and sales to help increase a program’s chance of future success. This course is a must for thermographers, entrepreneurs, and program managers wishing to ensure the profitability and longevity of their infrared inspection programs.
This course covers the fundamentals required to start, market, and maintain an infrared inspection program as a department within an existing company or as a standalone business.

R. James Seffrin is a Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer® and Director of Infraspection Institute located in Burlington, NJ. He has over 40 years’ experience in performing infrared inspections for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential applications. He is a co-author of several industry standards and is qualified as an expert witness on the subject of thermography.
